At 4 Seasons Landscape Supplies, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help facilitate a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Perishable goods such as soil, mulch, and living plants.
- Sale items or products purchased on clearance.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at 02 4018 7070 to notify us of the return.
- Once your return is approved, you can choose to send back your product or return it in person:
- By Mail: Follow the instructions provided for mailing your product to our designated return address. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- In Person: Visit our store location with the item and your receipt. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (i.e., credit card, debit card).
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item if you wish. Please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items by mail. There are no shipping or handling charges for returning an item in person at our store.
